Anxious to maintain the integrity and quality of salt produced and marketed, the company maintains three own laboratories, two in Salina and the Salina Rhinestones Uirapuru with team consists of two chemicals enabled by the Regional Council of Chemical Technologists in the area beyond of food.

In order to ensure greater food security in Salina Rhinestones one laboratory is situated in the area of ​​processing..

The analyzes on salt samples are made at intervals of 15 minutes. The laboratories of chemical process hundreds of analyzes per month, to monitor the quality of salt produced pickles throughout the process, especially those with which they are fed and drained the crystallizers where salt precipitates.
